Anand Mirchandani

SVP, Head of Finance

Anand Mirchandani joined AskBio in January 2024 as the Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis. He became the Senior Vice President, Head of Finance in January 2025.

Anand is responsible for leading the company’s long-term financial strategy and accounting functions, including planning, analysis, tax, treasury, and procurement. His focus on collaboration and relationship building are instrumental in his successful leadership and management of AskBio’s global financial organization.

He brings to AskBio more than 20 years of Bayer experience, where he held positions of increasing responsibility within the Finance function, covering financial planning, analysis, and controlling for global, regional, and U.S. business units. Anand is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the Yale School of Management and an undergraduate degree in Commerce from the University of Mumbai.
